How long does permanent makeup last?
Most clients enjoy results for 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare. A perfecting touch-up after healing is included in many services; annual refreshes keep color soft and even.
Does it hurt?
We use topical numbing so most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or scratching rather than sharp pain. Comfort varies by person and treatment area — lips are typically more sensitive than brows.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin (no makeup on the treatment area). Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and heavy exercise the day before when possible. Full prep details are sent after booking.
Who is not a good candidate?
We may decline or reschedule if you are pregnant or nursing, have certain skin conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, active infections, or recently used strong retinol/acids on the area. Share your history during consultation.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit holds your appointment and is applied to the service total. See our deposit & cancellation policy below.
Healing
Aftercare Essentials
Beautiful healed results depend on gentle care in the first weeks. Full written instructions are provided after your appointment.
First 24–48 hours
Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid makeup, sweating, saunas, and swimming. Blot gently if needed — do not rub.
Healing week
Color will look darker at first, then lighten as it flakes. Do not pick scabs. Use only the aftercare ointment we recommend.
Long-term care
Use SPF on healed brows and lips when outdoors. Avoid harsh peels and laser over the area without asking us first.
Studio policies
Deposits & cancellations
- Deposit — A deposit is required to reserve your time and is applied to the service total when you arrive.
- Reschedule — Please give at least 48 hours notice to move your appointment so we can offer the slot to another client.
- Late cancel / no-show — Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows.
- Late arrival — Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling; the deposit may be retained.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, and phone only to schedule and confirm appointments, process deposits, and send aftercare notes. We do not sell your information. Portfolio photos are used only with your explicit consent (optional checkbox at booking).
